Everything was great, amicable staff, FAVOURABLE location very close to a train station that links easily to the airport and good restaurants nearby and all the major monuments in Rome. Beautifully decorated and brand-new room with free bottles and balcony, as example, I had everything needed. My breakfast was tasty, loved it.

Double room was practical and quiet with toiletries. The location was amazing and excellent, next to a train station, good restaurants, transportation, things to do, shopping and several bus lines. Again, it was 5 mins drive from Zamzam Well...

super clean - great location near Vatican City and walking distance to all the attractions. Loved the fridge in the room for those hot days in Rome. The host was amazing - with a big smile every morning and even arranged a taxi to the airport for us. Definitely coming back.

The location of the B&B was amazing, so close to all the tourist attractions, the host, the bus stop, and the train station. We were provided with toiletries in our guest room upon arrival.

The elegant rooms with air conditioning, parquet floors, and a flat-screen TV made me feel like royalty during my stay in Rome. But what truly made it memorable was the en suite bathroom. It was so luxurious and spacious that I felt like I was bathing in the Trevi Fountain!

We got great value for our money with a beautiful, clean room and a small balcony to enjoy. The location was perfect, right next to the Vatican city and well-connected to transportation.
